DR. DORIS DAY MD

BOARD-CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST & SIRIUS DOCTOR RADIO HOST

Doris Day, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic and dermatology on the Upper East Side in New York City. She is a clinical associate professor of dermatology at the New York University Medical Center where she was presented with the award for Dedication and Excellence in the Teaching of Dermatology. She has also won the American Skin Association award for mentorship in dermatology and the AAD Presidential Citation in recognition of her dedication and leadership in the field of aesthetic dermatology. She was most recently named by Newsweek as the #3 top cosmetic dermatologist in the US.

She has won awards for her work in laser research and continues to actively participate in FDA clinical research trials and publish in peer reviewed medical journals. Dr. Day regularly lectures nationally and internationally to her peers and the public. She is an active member of many organizations including the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.

Dr. Day also has a master’s degree in medical journalism and is host of the Dermatology Show on Doctor Radio on Sirius/XM 110 for over 15 years and has frequent appearances on many national media outlets and podcasts. She is the author of four books, her most recent book is Rebooting the Biome.

EXECUTIVE BEAUTY DIRECTOR, BUSTLE DIGITAL GROUP

Faith Xue is the Executive Beauty Director of Bustle Digital Group, overseeing beauty editorial strategy and beauty-related special projects across Bustle, The Zoe Report, NYLON, Elite Daily, Romper, and Scary Mommy.

Prior to BDG, she was one of the first editors to launch Byrdie and served as the editorial director of the website for seven years, in which she led editorial and brand strategy and long-term growth initiatives. Her ten year-plus beauty career has included working on the L’Oréal-owned property Makeup.com to launching brands for beauty pioneers such as Michelle Phan. She is regularly featured as the on-air beauty expert for The Today Show, Good Morning America, ABC Nightline and more. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where she graduated summa cum laude.

IMANI GOODEN-PRIDE, CBS ‘18

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, U.S. BRAND MARKETING, NARS COSMETICS

Imani Gooden-Pride is the Executive Director, US Brand Marketing at NARS Cosmetics, where she oversees brand marketing, digital media, and analytics. In her current role, Imani shapes local and culturally relevant 360 marketing strategies across various consumer touchpoints. Prior to NARS, Imani served as the Global Director, Face Category at MAC Cosmetics, leading global go-to-market and new product marketing initiatives. Passionate about social justice and beauty inclusivity, Imani was a founding member of The MAC Movement –an internal employee advisory board focused on racial equity. Imani began her beauty career at the Estee Lauder Companies’ Presidential MBA rotational program, where her work spanned Corporate Innovation, Innovation Insights, Inclusion and Diversity, and Marketing.

A native of Houston, TX, Imani graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and her diverse professional journey includes roles at Google and Teach for America. She currently lives in Brooklyn and loves exploring her neighborhood through food, art, and music, as well as traveling.

NATALIE BROWNE HOLMES

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY & SOCIAL IMPACT, TOPICALS

Natalie Browne Holmes is currently the Director of Community and Social Impact at Topicals. In her role within the Brand Marketing and Growth teams, Natalie passionately oversees diverse segments of the brand’s community marketing strategy including the ambassador, loyalty, affiliates, social commerce, and social impact programs. Her contributions play a pivotal role in cultivating and engaging customers on a deeper level throughout their journey with the brand.

Prior to Topicals, Natalie worked at Google as both a Community Manager and Partnerships Manager. During her tenure, she skillfully integrated her expertise in community development and technology, honing a community-centered ethos and crafting strategies aligned with broader organizational objectives. Originally from Philly, Natalie currently lives in Brooklyn, NY where she channels her love for the outdoors as an enthusiastic plant mom and rooftop gardener.

JALEESA JAIKARAN (MODERATOR)

PODCAST HOST, ULTA BEAUTY EXPERT CORRESPONDENT

Jaleesa Jaikaran is a Trinidadian makeup artist based in New York City. She works behind the camera on beauty & fashion campaigns with brands including MAC, Maybelline, Lancome, Kith, Nike, and Pyer Moss, to name a few. In front of the camera, she creates content driven by beauty education and has collaborated with various brands, including Esteé Laude, Coach, UOMA Beauty, Milk Makeup, Ulta Beauty, and Pinterest. She hosts The Life of a Makeup Artist podcast, which focuses on rising and defining voices in beauty, breaking into the industry, and why it’s critical to create an inclusive future.
