Andrew is currently a Senior Advisor & Venture Partner at XRC Ventures. He also sits on multiple Advisory Boards for beauty companies including Necessaire, The Sabi, and Scent Lab. Andrew brings portfolio founders insights from multiple sectors in which he spent the last 30 years operating, acquiring, and integrating companies. Prior to XRC, Ross led Strategy and M&A at the Estee Lauder Companies and also counseled numerous companies in retail and consumer goods at McKinsey & Company.

Jackie is a co-founder and partner at Aria Growth Partners, a leading consumer growth equity fund based in New York City. Aria provides growth capital and elevated partnership to extraordinary consumer brands. Aria invests across the consumer sector and is currently an investment partner to The INKEY List, Onda Tequila Seltzer, LesserEvil and Ultra Violette. Aria was previously the investment partner to Hero Cosmetics, where Jackie was a board member, until it was acquired by Church & Dwight. Jackie graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. Jackie resides in NYC with her husband and her two sons.
MADELINE KAPLAN

Madeline is a Principal at Selva Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm that invests in health & wellness focused consumer brands. At Selva she is primarily focused on Beauty & Personal Care, serving as a Board Member for Minu and a Board Observer for OneSkin, Crown Affair, and Perelel. Prior to joining Selva Ventures, Madeline was a Principal at Smash Capital, a later stage consumer tech fund. Madeline started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. She is based in Los Angeles, CA and has an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.

Nader is a career entrepreneur, who, prior to co-founding Indie Beauty Media Group, which owns and operates Beauty Independent and Adit, had co-founded and successfully exited several services businesses, including Campbell Alliance, a management consulting and Vesture, a luxury tailoring service.
