Anne Talley is a distinguished leader in the beauty industry, celebrated for her transformative leadership and strategic prowess. A graduate of Columbia Business School, Anne's career spans pivotal roles at Revlon and Walmart before her current position as General Manager of the Americas for Sol de Janeiro. As President of Revlon and Head of Beauty at Walmart, Anne spearheaded innovative initiatives that reshaped industry landscapes.
Her visionary leadership has propelled brands to unprecedented success, earning her acclaim as a trailblazer in skincare and beauty.

Nicole Green is a second-year MBA student at Columbia Business School. She has seven years of professional experience in the beauty industry, spending the last five years at The Estee Lauder Companies (ELC). Before ELC, her career in beauty started at Procter & Gamble's Prestige Beauty Division, before moving over to Coty Inc. She holds an undergraduate degree from Penn State, where she majored in Economics and was a member of the Penn State Investment Association.
She currently serves as Co-President of the Columbia Beauty Club and Vice President of the Hispanic Business Association.
